By shopping at Everyday Emporium, you agree to the following:
Products: We work hard to display products, colors, and prices accurately, but minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and discontinue products at any time.
Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.
Pricing: All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Discount codes: Only one discount code per order. Codes can't be combined unless stated, and we may end promotions at any time.
Intellectual property: All content on this site — text, images, logos — belongs to Everyday Emporium and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everyday Emporium isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which our business operates.
Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
