Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we've got you covered.
Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to start a return: Email us at arshdeepsidhu2575@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product — in those cases, we cover everything.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards and final-sale items marked as such cannot be returned.
Damaged or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
